Supported Independent living

LivEasy Care Supported Independent Living (SIL) service enables you to discover ways to manage living in your own home, as independently as possible.

Supported Accommodation:

Our shared living options are designed to support NDIS participants in our homes in Perth metro and surrounds.

In Home Support Services:

We provide tailored in support services to enable individuals to receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes

Community Participation:

We can help you to access and engage with your community, whether you want to further your goals and interests, work, study or simply socialise

Respite and Transition Care:

We can provide short to medium term transitional accommodation in our purpose-built respite properties

Health and daily living support

We appreciate your independence — that’s why we provide a range of daily living supports to help you continue to live life your way. These include:
