SDA registration rules/guidelines state the participant is to pay a Reasonable Rent Contribution which is the same as community housing – 25% of income (DSP or other) + 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance. This is standard rental rates across Western Australia. The SDA payment the participant receives from NDIS goes straight to the SDA providers as the house is the service they are providing. Utilities will cost an additional 5%, this covers food and electricity.
LivEasy Care respects the privacy of all participants. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. You will also get your own access key and you can give an access key to your family/support worker if you like.
At LivEasy Care , we provide tailored support services to NDIS participants . We have partnered with an approved NDIS registered housing provider to build “High Physical Support”, “Robust” and “Non -SDA” homes for our participants. This combination of services make us very unique.
LivEasy Care provides SIL in all our “High Physical Support” and “Robust” homes. We have highly qualified support workers who constantly upskill themselves to provide you with the best care.
